Avant de gravir nous avons mangé le petit déjeuner chez un habitant de la vallée. Notre guide était Nico il a vraiment était top pendant toute la randonnée il est allé à notre rythme. La monté est difficile il faut être en bonne condition physique. La descente est plus agréable mais très glissante prenait des chaussures anti dérapante. La monté dure environ 3h et la descente 2h. Au sommet nous avons partagé un repas à base de riz et de poulet. Je recommande vivement, randonnée peu touristique qui…”
