“We were really disappointed with this excursion and unfortunately cannot recommend it. • The transfer was extremely overpriced (800,000 IDR for a 10-minute ride). • We asked to leave our bags at the port and were told it was not possible, but other guests in the same van were allowed to keep theirs in the vehicle. • The trip was advertised as 3 hours but lasted barely 2. • Snorkeling equipment was incomplete (no snorkels, unlike other boats). • The experience itself was very sad: there were more than 200 boats chasing the dolphins, which was stressful for the animals.
