The trek itself was difficult but manageable as a not very avid climber. We were met at the start with coffee/tea. Then we were met by our guide Nyoman who was amazing!! Whenever there was a difficult part to climb/ descend he was there to help straight away. There was 4 of us in his group and he made sure we were all okay throughout.
