“What an amazing experience! Before the Fire Dance, we had a lot of time to tour the temple with our wonderful guide, Mur. He was so knowledgeable and informative about the different statues, symbols, and legends of the temple. He was also very prepared, as he’s been doing this tour for many years. He had plenty of snacks and food so he can lure the monkeys towards us for photo ops and cute interactions. And incredibly, right before the Fire Dance began, it started pouring down rain and he found where we were sitting and gave us ponchos. It was surprising, but a huge relief he was able to find…”
